The National Eating Disorders Association (NEDA) is the largest nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting individuals and families affected by eating disorders. The NEDA website contains information about eating disorders, signs & symptoms, identity issues, body image, prevention, and treatment.
NEDA hosts a crisis line, awareness walks, regional conferences, legislation advocacy, and the Body Project which is a group-based intervention for women and girls to confront unrealistic beauty ideals and the development of healthy body image. through verbal, written, and behavioral exercises.
